The Western-turned-Asian Bfast

oh maaaan, this is embarrassing.
It's a Western Bfast, turned Asian! :O
Ok the Bfast 'Saga' started with intentions of making Egg Mayo Sandwich. Boiled my egg for a couple of minutes, and turned off the stove after muuch bubbling. And then i considered how it would take some time for the yoke to coagulate, so i sent it back for re-boiling. But who knows the thickness and hardness of the egg shell, that resists the penetration of heat?! (with the exception of heri; who managed to rightly predict The 23.5 deg C at airport). I was happily testing out my egg , almost with that spinning experiment, and i was well satisfied with the seemingly positive result. Quite excitedly cracked it and lo and beholdd, HALF DENATURED ENZYMES! *squirms*
Thankfully it didnt turn out bad!:D I broke that golden yellow egg yolk and scooped the whites into a bowl, added dark sauce and seasoned with pepper, and tadah! Traditional Bfast of the 60's! muahaha. Cool B) and it is YUMMMZZ
